Banana pancakes (3 ingredients - gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan)

Here is a pancake recipe that contains 3 ingredients, vegan, sugar-free and fast!

Ingredients (for two people, about 8 pancakes):
- 1 old banana
- 45gr (1/2 cup) of rolled oats
- 80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable milk (I use oats)
Optional:
- a good pinch of sodium bicarbonate
- Fruits for accompanied
- Maple syrup
Path to follow:
Grind the oats into flour using a blender. Add the baking soda (optional), the banana and the milk. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Heat a little vegetable oil (I use coconut) over medium-low heat. When the pan is hot, make pretty little circles about 8cm in diameter. Turn them over when small holes appear. Heat the other side for about 2 minutes.
