Terms of Sales

The present general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between

– and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase
via the Jolly Jungle SàRL website, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

The acquisition of a property through this site implies a
unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these conditions
general sales.

Jolly Jungle SàRL reserves the right to modify its conditions
general sales at any time. In this case, the conditions
applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the
Client.

Delivery
Deadlines and Fees:
In Switzerland, free of charge, in 2 to 5 working days
In Europe, free of charge, in 6 to 15 working days
Worldwide, 20CHF, in 7 to 30 working days
In periods of sales or high activity, the deadlines may be exceptionally extended.
The ordered goods are sent to the delivery address indicated and for the attention of the recipient mentioned in the customer's order. THE
customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information related to the delivery. Shipments and deliveries are processed by the Swiss Post, by parcel against signature in Switzerland (or equivalent in Europe), to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. If you are absent when your package is delivered, a delivery notice will be delivered to your mailbox inviting you to collect your package from La Poste as soon as possible. If your order is not collected from the postal services (for any private or professional reason) the package will be returned to Jolly Jungle. Any return request following a non-withdrawal must be made by e-mail and the return costs will be invoiced to you.

Return policy
If an item is not suitable for the customer, it may return it to Jolly Jungle SàRL within 10 business days of delivery. This is done at the customer's risk and expense (except in case of return due to a product fault that will be borne by Jolly Jungle). After receiving the article, a good (no time limit) will be sent to you that you can use in our online store, in our physical shops.
When returning a product, the customer must follow the following procedure:
- Envelop the product safely and place it in a package.
- Send the package for signature. It is important to keep the postage certificate so that you can follow the package.

Price
The prices on the site of jolly-jungle.com are in Swiss francs and do not include Swiss VAT, as Jolly Jungle SàRL is not yet subject to VAT. They do not include any shipping costs or any other costs (customer tax, foreign VAT, etc.) at the expense of the buyer.

Products
The products sold on the Jolly Jungle SàRL website are available for sale within the limits of available stocks. The characteristics of the products as well as the photos visible on the site are given for information only. We strive to take the most accurate photographs and descriptions possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and cannot have any contractual value. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Order
After choosing the desired products by selecting the colors, size and quantities per model, each item will be added to the basket with the summary of the entire purchase. The confirmation of the order results in the acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having become aware of it and the waiver of its own conditions
of purchase or other conditions. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction number and confirming the value of your order and what has been charged to your credit card. You will be kept informed throughout the sending process and we are always reachable for any questions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

Payment
Jolly Jungle uses secure payment solutions (SSL), with protection of confidential data provided by Wallee and PayPal.
In case of refusal of transaction by the banking agency
the purchaser, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified by email. Jolly Jungle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery of a customer with whom the company would have had a dispute due to the total or partial non-payment of a previous order or a refusal to pay by credit card.

All customer data are treated in a strictly confidential manner and Jolly Jungle SàRL is committed to complying with the rules of ethics issued by the PSAC as well as existing legislation, including data protection. We only use your data for the smooth running of your order.
