Free delivery in Switzerland, within 2 to 5 working days
Free delivery in Europe, within 3 to 15 working days
Worldwide, 20CHF, within 7 to 30 working days
During sales or peak periods, delivery times may exceptionally be extended.

Returns
You can return your order if the product has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, within 14 days (10 working days) from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are at your expense. After receiving the item, a voucher (with no time limit) will be sent to you that you can use in our online store or in our physical stores. Please follow the return procedure described in our general terms and conditions of sale
